Return
Returns are accepted for 14 days from receipt of the goods. All returns are free.
If you want to return a product to us, contact us at support@agtwholesale.com to receive return instructions. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them and in the original packaging.
Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.
Your refund is processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 2-3 days.
Our refund and return policy lasts for 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Other goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
